When the fabrication process is complete and each component meets our standards of quality, the finishing process begins. In most cases we either polish or buff all surfaces of the component—both interior and exterior. Depending upon the finish you want, we provide polishing for a clean, brushed finish or buffing for a smooth, shiny finish.

In addition to cleaning the component’s surfaces by removing any burrs left from the fabrication process, polishing also removes oxidation, and leaves behind a smoother, brighter finish. We have a variety of polishing and buffing wheel materials and compounds that our experts match to the type of metal to ensure we get the desired result.
